I got very excited when I saw your masterpost at k_b. Too bad school delayed my reading for a bit as this was a great fusion between the two canons. I really enjoyed the way you took the royalty premise and made it fit your own version of Glee.
The banners with the links to each part were lovely. The interludes were a bit frustrating but it in a good way because Glee is full of teenagers. I know if I was in Mercedes' shoes, I'd feel the same even though there's obviously more to the story than she knows.
Kurt tightened his arms, humming a short lullaby. “Just rest, sweetie,” he said. “I’m sure you didn’t sleep much last night. I’ll be right here.” He hummed some more and Blaine closed his eyes, listening, safe and warm and loved.
Kurt's take charge manner and how matter of factly he deals with life's situations really shines through here with Blaine. It's great to see how much he cares about Blaine in his actions. Blaine has a key to the Hudmel house! *flappy hands*

I worried about the boys having keys to each other's houses, but it really fit the story, and I figured with everything else I was *handwaving* away, that bit didn't matter so much.
