Ha, I love your first one! When the ATS series finale first aired, I was so pissed off I dashed off a similar fic. It makes much more sense this way than the way it aired, doesn't it? *grin*

When I saw the final ep of Angel, that was my first thought -- Angel should've done it. I'd love to see another blip into this 'verse, when they meet up again.
