Hi! This was really interesting. I've never actually seen Devour and I was recced to your CuteDean from GG/Jake crossover which I really enjoyed and so I read this one too. Even never having seen the movie I thought you did a great job of painting the characters. Sad and, well, horror movie, so with the horror underlying the events. Taken from Dakota's damaged needing perspective it's mainly just sad though. Very well written :)

I really like how the narrator sounds increasingly bitter as things progress. Also Jake dying to become a new Jake seemed appropriate, especially having it as thing to spur on Dakota's ultimate play.
