They don't do gradual starts at Beth's school and so she's been all day from the beginning. There are some very tired little ones come 4 o'clock.

Our school has alwasy done 4 half days, then full time on the Friday. It's been changed this time to 9 half days. Holly is impatient to stay for lunch & be there all day. There are only 11 of them, as it's half the class initially.

I remember crying when we took my older sister to primary school for her first day because I wanted to go too!
