This has absolutely nothing to do with your post. Brashear is so loved in Washington. Seriously. There was a women the next section over from us last night that had a sign saying "Brashear is my Hero!" He scored his first goal as a Capital and pretty much got a standing ovation. He's managed to stay out of the papers for anything other than hockey, so maybe that's why. Or maybe we're just a city that loves thugs. It's a pleasant change from politicians.
Play on Elune! And come find me! =) If you don't want to play a lot of player vs. player stuff (getting attacked by other players while trying to quest), play on a Normal server. I'm on the Elune server and it's not bad. Also, if you don't have anyone to play with at first, the best classes to play by yourself are Warlocks or Hunters, because each can get a "pet" (for Warlocks, it's demons that they summon; for Hunters, they tame an animal) that will help them fight. Humans and Gnomes can be Warlocks; Dwarves and Night Elves can be Hunters -- at least on the Alliance side. I can't remember which races can be either on the Horde side. Most of them, I think.

Thanks for the tips! I play on BlackwaterRaiders, I think it's called. I'm a warlock gone, and I'm working on getting a little pet. I just wandered WAY too far off the map and got myself killed many times. lol That's what I get for exploring. I should probably finish the easy quests first ;)
Warlock gnomes are adorable. =) If you come over to Elune... gah I have too many characters! On the alliance side, Skywyld is my main (night elf hunter), and there's also Branduine (warrior gnome), Jurisha (night elf druid), Rafaella (night elf priest... OK, I like night elves!) and Omara (human mage). On the Horde side there's Cantori (tauren hunter) and Sarrin (undead priest).
Haha, yes, try to do the quests in the starting area first, don't get too far out of there or you will die fast. =) Green quests are easiest, yellow is harder, orange more difficult and red = death on a stick. The quests will change color as you gain levels, too, so you can do them once you're a couple levels higher.
And www.thottbot.com is a great website to help you find out where to go to finish quests and such.
