So, the last house fell through because the sellers were asses, but we just got accepted for another house that is better anyway!  It's quite a bit bigger, in an AMAZING neighborhood, and about $15,000 less.  Yay!

No pictures yet because the ones online suck. They just don't do the house justice. We close on April 9th I believe. Just found out today that they accepted our offer.
