Oh, but then you might be trying to tell people how to live their lives. (end sarcasm) It's sort of like how people in my area want to tax restaurants for putting trans fat in their foods b/c it would give an incentive to lower the rate of heart disease and the taxes would provide money for healthcare. Yet people say that it's the government "trying to tell them what to eat." It's foolish, to be quite honest. It's like they're saying "We WANT to get heart disease and have bad healthcare, and NOBODY can stop us!"
