So last night, I went to bed at about 11 pm. I think I fell asleep at some point, but by 1 am I was up and feeling nauseous and just totally awful in my stomach. I lay there for about 15-20 minutes, trying to get back to sleep, and then decided to go to the bathroom. Let's just say there was diarrhea and a failed attempt at vomiting, and I stayed

Hmmm. Uncanny. When I had diarrhea and 'the pukes' (what the heck do English-speakers call it anyway?) recently, I found it a little better to have a double pillow than just the one. But I generally like to sleep with my head and feet high...
