lol! i do that, too. also, right when i get off work and the phone rings at home i have to think before saying, "development records center, this is jessica." and i'm not even a receptionist! haha

i do that. i work as an operator for a hospital, and for an outside line, you dial "9" .. i do it without thinking. its disgusting, really. hahaha <3
