I've been dismally failing to make one post per week recently, and had been meaning to try and get in the habit of posting some shorter / (even) more trivial things to get back in the habit

I'm am just impressed you have a blue laundry pile :)

Three piles: blue, black, other. Blue consists almost exclusively of socks and PJs. (It's not organisation, it's laziness - if I drop things in the right place, I don't have to sort the laundry before putting it in the machine :)
