Lurker coming out to say I feel your pain. Yesterday, it became clear I will lose my fifth pregnancy in 3-1/2 years. We had testing after miscarriage #4 and it turned up a genetic issue either my husband or I carry, so the odds were against us any way. For reasons I won't go into, adoption isn't an option for us, either. So I know exactly what you mean about feeling your heart is being ripped out when you see a pregnant woman. I wish I could move to one of those 55-and-over communities where no one around me will be pregnant and there won't be children in the neighborhood either.

My sympathies and best wishes to you, dear.

Thank you for the thoughts it helps.
I think it's ironic, that the people that want children the most are the ones that don't get to have them.
