These things always seem to not quite apply to me. :(

The nearest book is the "2010 AAA Road Atlas" and page 123 is a map of Wisconsin containing only one abbreviated sentence about the key.

The next nearest "book" is a Kindle which uses "location numbers" instead of page numbers. Using those, I get:
