So, I spent most of yesterday cooking, helping angelus7988 with his contribution to the ADP Initiation buffet. This time around, we decided to make two offerings; something sweet and (since there is apparently quite a demand for it) something savory. You can also buy parcooked tartlet shells in the freezer aisle next to the puff pastry. They are certainly not as cheap, but they're a definite time-saver.

I have a dozen or so tartlet shells if this is something you're fixing to do again (the fluted edges look so pretty!).
