What horrible timing on the part of your main job. I just.. I mean, I can believe they did this people right before all the holidays, but at the same time, I'm in shock.

My thoughts are with you and I hope you are able to find something soon. You'll be able to get unemployment in the meantime though, I hope?

My company gave me a good package, so I just need to turn in the paperwork. I did ask them about doing it right before the holiday and they didn't want to wait any longer because then it would really suck. Point is I think I can collect unemployment, but right now I'm just going to try and find something else by Christmas.
