Painfull muscles

Today has been apsolutly lovely weather. This morning I sat in the garden and drank espresso in the sun whilst playing mancalla with Nash. This afternoon at work we made sugar mice and played outside in the garden. (Which for once, someone hadn't let their dog use as a toilet). One rather big thing that marred the day was the fact that the muscles

Oddly enough, I had a very similar thing happen with my shoulder a few weeks ago - out of nowhere, it started hurting. It felt like some kind of muscular pain, and it got to the point where I couldn't turn my head to the side, or lift my arm at all. It was really uncomfortable the first night, trying to find a way to sleep that didn't hurt it. When I got up, it had faded a bit, and it gradually vanished completely over the course of maybe three days.

That souns exactly like what has happened to me. :S Wierd....
