Open texture 1
(Or create your own strong black and white pattern)
(Other similar textures HERE)
Open texture 2
Use the auto select tool
>>Select the white area and erase it.
Add your text in black
(I used Georgia font >> regular >> 4pt)
Open texture 3 >> set to screen >>opacity %70
FINISHED
