Open your base image



Duplicate the base layer >> select the blur tool and blur the area of the face >> set layer to soft light




duplicate the base image and drag it to the top of your layers.

Go to filter >> blur >> radial blur
(Adjust the amount of blur according to the pic you are using)

Using a soft tip brush erase the area of the face so the previous layers show through



Open 06lapwing texture >> set layer to darken and move it around on your image till it looks good.




Open light texture by ? >> set layer to screen >> erase any dots that are on the face.




Open moondust texture

Set layer to soft light >> erase the area covering the face.

This tut works nicely with base images similar in colour to the example. You can adjust your sample image by going to image >> adjustments >> match colour. You will probably have to adjust the fade and saturation settings to get a nice balance to work with :)
