Manga Entertainment released it in the UK so i.e. Region 2, JP/ENG Audio and ENG subs. But it was split into 4 parts and each part is about £30 on Amazon I'm afraid.

(If the location is correct of you being in Germany than on amazon.de part 1 is €60, part 2 €70 and parts 3+4 €75 :D)
