Sorry if this is not allowed, but is there any place I could watch and/or buy Tiger the Bunny: The beginning?

Since I also want to buy it, I was wondering if the japanese versions came with subtitles. I THINK the blu-ray version does, but what about the regular version?

Both the DVD and the BD version come with English subtitles.
You can buy it from several online stores like amazon.co.jp, cdjapan.co.jp etc.

and the english dub version is coming out Oct. 1st in the US
