About the only channel I watched on TV and they gone and killed it!
I don't care about the deep soul-full expressions of an abercrombie and fitch underwear model!! I want my NHK and German Journal back. Heck, I don't care if CBC, ITN, or any of the others make it back as well (although CCTV was cool too). Get rid of this over decorated "we're hip!" crap.
If it has to exist, at least make the videos talk about one thing for an extended period, instead of the "we have the attention span of a hummingbird" scatterbrained random spray... Ummm... Yeah, I just turned on the TV to see filler blather after filler blather. I want to know all about the angst some yuppie couple feels about buying a commercial ice maker, followed directly by a home video made by a base jumper. What kind of audience are they shooting for? Shut-ins?
If they are going to do random fillers (checked web page, nothing helpfull), have a hour long news show interspersed with user submitted content and don't break up videos into a kazillion different segments (with no announcement of when the next segment will air)... keep it as one segment dammit!
