Canadian PSAs tend to be more hardcore than the USA's; some of the worker's comp PSAs are downright bloody and horrible.

As for drug PSAs, the US pretty much has that market wrapped up because it's the only country utterly obsessed with fighting the "war on drugs." Canada has drug PSAs, but they're less about "Don't do it" than "If you're going to do it, don't be a total twat while you're under the influence/don't go overboard."
