thanks! i can't figure out who you are!? i also would like to note that i am not really trying to express this with an exclamation; just with a really distressed and exaggerated look, but i don't know how to manipulate emoticons that way.

its chance! and i think you've got a really good point when you say that separating yourself from your phone allows you to focus. it's really obvious but i just don't think of that enough lately. i think my phone causes too much stress.
