Summary: Dean's not all the way back to himself after his encounter with Zachariah. Sam knows how to help.
Dean’s not totally back, but Sam knows how to get him there. He pushes Dean against the wall, pressing their lips together as he peels off Dean’s clothes. When Dean's chest is bare Sam drapes the amulet around his brother's neck, then steers him toward the bed.
His mouth leaves Dean’s and travels down to suck gently at his nipples before drawing the amulet between his lips. It’s part of Dean. And it came from him.
Sam’s head moves lower and Dean’s fingers twine in Sam’s hair while his fist grips the amulet- holding his brother tight in both hands.
