Soooo. I think it's safe to say we're in for some rough weather today. Nurse Joy would like me to remind you all that the Pokemon Centres are open for any visitors needing shelter during the storm! We have plenty of blankets and towels for people needing to dry off--and there's a fireplace you can use to warm yourselves up.

Cherrygrove. I was planning on running off to Goldenrod soon, but if the weather's that bad it might take a while.

It'd be better to stay in Cherrygrove until the storm passes. The Pokemon Centre in Cherrygrove should still be open to travelers, though! [Shrugs apologetically] They might not have hot chocolate there, but at least it'll be warm in there.

It isn't so much trouble. The Centres are here to help the travelers, after all. [Now he frowns and blows his breath out harshly] I've tried warning some people off, but there are always going to be those stubborn ones.
