Well, the Civil War Through The Eyes of Pepper had occurred to me. I actually started a Guardians of the Galaxy/Avengers crossover in which Pepper finds Rocket going through her garbage, which i was kind of stuck on but thought might be interesting in regard to the one little CW plot element involving Pepper...

And I think you should just go on with Sokovia/Suburbia. Who cares whether it fits? It's your story ...
