So I have to write this paper for my History of Violence in the Middle Ages class, where we essentially have to find an example of modern-day violence, and discuss whether it can be related back to an example of Medieval violence, and if so, to what extent.

So naturally I decided to do mine on hockey fights.

Oh man, I hadn't seen either of the Bruins ones before! So much fighting! Also Steve Ott is a dick.

Both of those are great. I like the Habs/Bruins fight simply because both the goalies get involved, though it's hard to call that a fight.

My favorite line brawl has to be this one though ...

"One was the best man at the other one's wedding." hahah And yes, they are still friends. ;)

I know right! This was amazing.

And really, Byron wasn't trying to fight Olie, he was simply trying to keep Olie from getting his ass kicked like good friends are suppose to. And they are totally still friends. Laughed when asked about their fight. hahah

Love that they both got tossed from the game as well.

I love the yard sale these guys have going on. Always makes me laugh.
