I finally finished and submitted the essay of death. I don't think that it makes much sense, or reads very well but I was so TOTALLY sick of looking at it. It's done through, and I'm still alive - kinda.. we have an ikea bed, and our futon mattress totally hangs over the edge! but i think ikea sizes are smaller than normal, so whatever normal sheets you have should fit fine.
you could rent a truck or ute from a petrol station (way cheaper than renting from kennards, or any of those places).
or you could do what nic and i sometimes do when we come to canberra, and rent a compact 4wd to come to syd and get it. they are cheaper than renting small hatchbacks! you pay like, around 85 a day.
OR nic and i are coming to canberra in a couple months to collect the remainder of our stuff, and will be renting one, so if you order a bed, we can bring it for you.
OR
try fitting it in your car, i had a small holden barina hatchback and managed to fit $1000 of ikea full-on shelving and furniture into my car...

ohh thanks for all the tips! so much to consider! yeah, like it might get a little tricky but will still be so much cheaper and bettererer than anything here. I suggested hiring a vehicle to nicholas but he reckoned that it would be way too spensive...however now, I'm going to do some research!

I'm way way poor too, but catch up would be great :) Let me know! You guyzes have my Nick's # yeah?

I've got a really sisssy cough too!
Its like the one Zoolander had when he thought he was coming down with the black lung.

I've told Nick everything I know about Ikea beds.. as I was going to buy one too. So he can tell you later.

Oh.. and the Ikea bed linen is actually pretty good! Nice patterns and plain stuff. And cheap! Its like $69 for a queen size quilt cover and 2 pillow cases.
