Happy holiday's everyone! I hope you are off enjoying some quality time with family or enjoying a quiet peaceful day.
I've been looking everywhere to find if a soreness I have is hypo related. The back of my ankle (achilles) has been very sore upon my first few steps getting up from resting like rising in the morning or watching a movie. The bottoms of my feet are also very tender on the first few steps, after that, I'm okay. I know slow achilles reflexes can be from being hypo, but is there any link to soreness or is this something else like my increased weight?
Oh and.. thanks to kat_o_9's post here:
http://community.livejournal.com/thyroid/664975.html?mode=reply I've altered it slightly and drafted a letter to send to my current lab: I might even take it further to send to all the labs in my area. I really think, despite the fatigue, that being more active may make a change not only for me but for all the subclinical patients who aren't aware they are even within a questionable range.
