That was always a marvellously evocative song. And great to sing along to!

I don't really remember a time when I wasn't arrogant as hell. And, unsurprisingly, unpopular in certain quarters. Quarters with fists and feet. This was definitely the song I felt for, from age 13 or so.

I've paid my dues -

I've done my sentence
But committed no crime -
And bad mistakes

I love "We are the champions"! That's probably a song I'd chose for this part of my life. Apart from that, at one point when my voice was trained, I quite enjoyed singing Queen songs during karaoke. Yes, well... ;-)
