Concerts and such.

The family, one of my baby sister's friends, and I all went to see the Plain White T's on Sunday night at the House of Blues.  This was my third concert there, but the first since they changed hands and are now owned by the Showboat.  Not entirely happy with the service.

Got the Elwood sandwich for dinner, which was really good, but required a glass

That sounds horrid. You so should have tackled her to the ground and called EMTs. 'Help! We've got to stop her from swallowing her tongue!'

My mom is a 20 ICU nurse; we almost did it. Hee hee. But thanks. It was overall a good experience once I 'accidentally' fell into her and squished her against the fence.

You sound just like my sister re: the not knowing lyrics thing. That drives her *crazy* at concerts. And---trotting out random fact---I went to high school with PWTs...they were in my year, even. But, alas, I don't know them at all, except by association with my brother-in-law's older brother.

And if that isn't convoluted.... :)

I'm not a fanatic about it, but they up against the fence and that's a spot that my not-even-five-foot sister and her best friend could have been.

That's still really cool, about going to school with them. My friend's brother-in-law used to be baby-sat by Piper Parebo. So I totally understand the convoluted thing!

AH
