Well, an IV needle is different from a regular needle in that it doesn't put anything in your system but a little plastic tube. It's also... much much more painful. @__@ And it stayed painful until I got knocked out.

I didn't like... full out baw, but I was crying a few tears out in the hallway, and then while I was in the recovery room, but apparently that time it was because the anesthetic apparently can make people emotional? So. D: I DID GOOD.

oh jij! you're okay! i was thinking about you all day at work! i'm glad you updated on your surgery. i wouldn't have been able to sleep, and you most definitely would have gotten a call at about 4am from dear paranoid me asking if you were okay. lmao.

alrighty, so i'm almost done my night shifts for the week, so i'll call you on saturday to see how you're feeling and if you're up for a visit. maybe we could somehow 'borrow' a wheelchair and roll down to the anime stop. panda can ride on your lap! :D
