Tell me, do they encourage the people to fight amongst themselves? I could see that as one of the few reasons to restore a power, but allow it not to work when in their presence, rather than just simply keeping all without power.

The other reason would be false hope, but that is defeated if people can talk freely of things like this.

If that is so, then they should really learn to limit information passing. In this way, anyone who has half a brain and an ear, will know quite quickly that their powers are useless against the rulers, and will simply seek other alternatives to getting to them.

It's because they tend to forget that people have an inner strength that can't always be measured.

[Nei knew this very well, as multiple times while she was still sided with the Four Divine Kings, they had been unable to destroy Metallicana. Much of that had been due to DS, but some was due to the other inhabitant's sheer will to live, something she was learning before she left.]

So is anyone actually doing anything to try and stop these fools?
