Taking I-85 from my gym there is a 4-5 mile span to I-20 where I have never seen a patrol car. Long exit ramp onto 85 with enough space to *really* get up to speed.
Of course you have to shut it down @ I-20. But when you come off the exit by my house, there are what look like blinking runway lights all the way to the road. Makes me smile every

Ugh. Woke up today with a bit of a fever, sweating so much that even a cool shower couldn't alleviate it. Strange time-dilation that accompanied it that was very surreal. seconds take minutes, minutes take hours or so it seems.
Is this how a cockroach (or the Flash) experience time?
I wonder.

 Resolves to start back meditating properly and to not let people's negative attitude and pissing and moaning have any impact on my day at all.
