Just another day at the office...

If you think this is crazy, I have 2-3 projects of this magnitude going at all times. Anyone want my job?

That's absolutely insane... You and your team worked really hard - and this video shows it!

What you see here is only a small portion of the physical work. The physical work was maybe 10% of the project. Design, testing, purchasing, vendor coordination, budget planning, etc... are usually the harder part than the implementation in most projects. Of course if you do the former well, then the implementation should be easy :)

I laughed when I first saw the post. The first thing that comes to mind was benny hill music. But then I read on... Some day maybe?

Awww, poor open-air ceiling.

Why did you guys have to rerun the AC piping 3 times?

We didn't. When we removed the ceiling we removed the defusers also and moved the existing ducts to drop the cold air in what was becoming the cold aisle. Later the insulated 8" ducting was replaced with 10" uninsulated as the 8" ducts did not have the capacity to support the output of the 5 ton package unit driving that system. We'll actually be adding air dams later to better isolate the hot and cool aisles.

See the 10" ducting made me think of all the dryer hose ferrets so love to run through.
