This is the most well thought out, reasonable, least biased opinion on Prop 8 rumors that I've seen - and it was written by a pro-traditional marriage LDS lawyer.

If you haven't read Thurston's rebuttal to the widely distributed "Six Consequences the Coalition Has Identified if Proposition 8 Fails" - you should.

That's awesome! I enjoy how it reads like, "If you're PRO this prop, don't be PRO for these dumb reasons."

That really is a well thought out, reasonable explanation of why that particular set of claims is bogus. I'm impressed.

It's pretty brave and ethical of him to bother going to the trouble, too. I don't think most people would really care why their side won, as long as it won.

P.S.: My dad wanted to put a sign on their front lawn that said, "Save Marriage: No on 8!" but apparently Mom talked him out of it on the grounds that people would probably misunderstand. I like it though. :)
