"As it turned out, they had noted their other plots were stalling for lack of player involvement, every one was in some way dealing with the loki idol story. so after assuring me i wasn't in trouble they asked me to fill them in on what was going on, turned out through sinuhe i had been running the whole plot line without knowing it." Came as a surprise to me actually. I ws finding heaps of background information and meeting characters that were connected to it in some way all the time. so Naturally i assumed the whole thing was a going concerned and took off after it with all vigor. must say though it was awesome going to the conclave in 1996 and succeeding in the finale there :D
