YAY thought you would. It gets more awesome as you go through the series! (And unlike Scarpetta, Eve doesn't get irritating even if you read the series quickly - I read about half the series in quick succession and haven't got annoyed with her! I must read the one I bought the other day, actually, I'm nearly catching up to date!)
