Weekend update

I love 4th of July.  My whole family loves 4th of July.  It's the honest actual day for getting together, reminding ourselves that despite our differences we're an awesome family that does truly love each other, eating just slightly too much (unlike Thanksgiving where you eat way way too much), and blowing something up!! Emphasis on the blowing

Hire a petsitter! 9 times out of 10 they're cheaper, and Onyx won't have to leave your house! Plus she'll get one on one attention every day. Check the phonebook, there's got to be tons.

We did look at petsitters, but first it's NYC and frankly I'm not sure I want to give a key to my apartment to a total stranger. And second, she'd be alone all night. I'm still considering them, but at least a kennel would have a/c which the house doesn't. And more people. But the one-on-one would be nice.
