I am now in Resolutions which, as you may expect, means coming up with resolutions for users on our site who are unhappy or have asked us to intervene. I'll admit that I was leery of applying, but they seemed to really need the people, and key colleagues kept

Thank you very much! The photo of the trees has really hit home with my friends more toward the north and northeast. The trainer for our group is based in NYC and she noted it was snowing today. :(
