Moving in stages

Having been let down by Comcast (no surprise there), evannichols' and my plans changed for how and where I was going to work for the next couple of days. Today I'll be back at the house on 79th, which actually is great. I moved all of my things yesterday except for desk/office chair/mattress (and some food), so I can work there today and do a thorough floor

Yes! Looking forward to deciding where to put things in my new room, as well as getting a hanging chair. A hammock-y thing that I've had envisioned in my head since Evan and I got serious about moving in together. :)

Thanks, sweetie! It's rockier than I'd hoped with the internet not there, and won't be until tomorrow evening which has meant me having to go out for 3 work days instead of being at the apartment. >:( But it'll all work out.

I hear only bad things about Comcast more and more these days.

Hopefully your all moved in now and set :) Are you getting any of that constant rain they I keep hearing about on the west coast? I hope not.

Well, they have mostly done right by us, but only due to my tenacity and being rather a squeaky wheel. We have wifi now and it's happy and we're sitting in bed side by side, tandem with our laptops in our laps. :)

And yes, lots and lots of rain for us this time of year. Suits me fine! I have rainboots, a raincoat and an umbrella. And now I work at home, lol.
