I'll need to take a couple of new pictures of my spring openwork sweater project, the one I started back in [cough] 2004 and had about 3/4 done and then totally dismantled and started over. Thanks much! It's a great pattern- there are 460 other people on Ravelry who have also made it, lol. Glad you like the boots, too! I've had them for 22 years now. :P

It's a great pattern and knits up so quickly! Perhaps it would be a good birthday gift for you for next year? What color would you like, if I were to make one?

I'd be happy to! It was fun to knit and I'd love to make one for you. I made mine out of the yarn called for (Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride) and it comes in a veritable rainbow of colors. Give that page a look-see and let me know if any of those in particular jump out at you. In glancing at the colors, I'd suggest maybe Medieval Red or Bing Cherry.
