found it in one of the last remaining salvation army stores in the area. $25

it's one of these, and i got it just minutes after it'd been put out on the shelf. i'm pretty stoked about it. got a nice 2 cup processor a few weeks ago for $6.


you can bet i'll be using it to conch some cacao to make some awesome energy bars.

it's so clean, there looks to be maybe just some pie crust residue around the spindle, as if they used it once, and failed. i cook so much, i will be using this thing a few times a week, so it's nice to know i have something that won't give me too many problems.



next, i need to find a kitchenaid.

i also found this on the other side of the shelf. did not buy it, no thanks.
