So yesterday last night was all kinds of geektacular. Thanks to sarahetc's wonderful words of wisdom, I was persuaded to skip out on SWW (will make up for it next year, granted they don't schedule during blackout days again) and instead fight my way over to Titusville/the Cape to watch the Atlantis launch.

I realized my sound system was getting thoroughly trashed when I started hearing the jack I have stashed in my trunk rattling around. But then I started crying, because somehow there are TWO SCRATCHES DURING 'MARS'! *fistshake* Why couldn't 'Venus' get the scratches? Or even 'Neptune' for that matter?

All the way from Orlando? That's pretty bitchin'. It must have something to do with the way the sunlight was reflecting off of them from that angle, because from my POV you had to work to see them.
