Alanna would not have been very recognizable to most people who knew her. Honestly, she was not that recognizable to herself. The wedding hadn't been so bad for Charlie. No one was trying to kill anyone else (aside from a few dagger-eyed glares) and it was a lot like some of the balls and state dinners he'd been to as an officer. There was no need to dress as he had for the coronation, pretending to be someone he wasn't to blend in a little better. Still, he thought he'd never get used to these clothes.

Charlie saw Alanna slip out and after a few minutes followed her out, taking the opportunity to get away from a conversation with a man with a big, bushy moustache who had an accent (northern, probably) that made him hard to understand. It took a few minutes to track her down, but when he did, he tried to look casual.

"Does that happen a lot here?" Charlie asked, looking up. Even though he'd been here a while, he didn't know the stars well enough to know if they'd changed. The sounds of the royal wedding indoors could barely be heard this far away from the festivities.
