I suggest finding the Welcome Center. There's guides to the City there and stuff. I'd send you one over the Network but I forget how to do that kind of thing.

I think you can make a statement, tell a story, without 'good' design. I mean that more for people who put together their own outfits, though. I've never really been comfortable letting anyone else dress me, but Brian had his own designer.

Well, mostly I sing, but I also play guitar.

Lovely is...probably really not the right word in this case. I mean, it's a rock band, called Time Bomb. And before that I had the Rats.

I'll hold my approval, then. But it doesn't seem any worse than what's common in the Capitol.

The Capitol of Panem. The head of the twelve Districts and the seat of government.

Never heard of it, but there's plenty of people around here from places I've never heard of and times in my future.
