I feel much the same way about festival style. We have grown from 4 to 5 people to over 30 and while it is great to have so many people wanting parts it does sometimes seem scattered.
I didn't see any sources cited for this - did you leave them out for LJ? If not you will have to find them. They are in the Lit 1 pdf training packet. That was the hardest thing for me, to find sources for things I had been doing for years or had learned over the years. To now go find a source to back up what to me was just absorbed knowledge...good job! Just keep working it!
