One of my favourite fast dinners is prawns tossed in a wok with a large splash of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and some chopped spring onions. Mmmm - tasty (it works well for frogs legs too). I do have a question, though- what do you do with all the rest of the oil? I've been reluctant to do anything deep-fried, because I have no idea what to do with the excess oil, and throwing it out seems wasteful.
