The Suitcase is such a fabulous episode of television and just what I was looking for last season, which had seen Don being kind of a dick to Peggy more than I liked.

I would never ship them, unless it was mutually emotionally and physically beneficial casual sex, but I would kind of read the hell out of a family/domestic style AU fic a la Raylan and Loretta from Justified. It's such a beautiful relationship. :D

No, I'm pretty sure I'd never ship them. I love their relationship just the way it is. There aren't any obvious ships that I love on that show. Joan and Roger would be the closest for me, but I don't feel like I need to write it. The show does a good job with it already. Maybe this season will inspire me.
