Just to head off any rumors of my demise.  I would like to say that yes I am alive, and living in Penticton.  Work is beyond insane, with my trying to set-up two residential programs, complete with recruiting and training staff.  Other than that we seem to live at the local water slides

My weight loss has stalled, though my ass is certainly higher than it used to be, and I've gotten most of my flexibility back! I can run 7 mph now ! ( for a short duration )

Well Hon. Don't worry too much with the Mom thing. If things are a little rough when you go to visit them, then everybody should have a sit down, including the craigster. If they can't work it out then just shoot everyone and move to Penticton!
