Free organic flax oil for a good home!

I've got an unopened bottle of *organic* flax oil, free to a good home. It has an expiration date at the end of December. I'm working on one bottle right now, so I wouldn't get to this extra one before it goes bad. If you'd like it, give me a holler and let me know when you'd like to stop by. if its sealed, it is probably ok after the expiration date. oil is very easy to test for spoiling because most types go rancid. you can keep it in the fridge to slow spoilage too.

Quick question for you: I've always liked inline skating, but I have absurdly high arches and tend to pronate my feet in general. As a result, within about five minutes of putting on in-line skates, I am in *agony*, and sometimes can't walk at all for several days afterward. (Shin and arch pain).

What do I need to look for in a pair of skates so I can actually wear them more than once?
